  Ace hardware store is WELL WELCOMED hardware store to Orange City Iowa,the owner is there in person on the floor ready for all your questions, listens to the customer has untold knowledge on products and if he doesn't know how to explain he calls any where he can to get those answers without taking advantage of your budget or knowledge. Employees are very helpful the moment you walk in you can expect a simple answer from cashier's as to where can I find this they point you in right direction followed by another employee to make sure you are helped to the best of there ability. It's very nice to have the owner around to take all project questions to heart and willing to make phone calls to answer questions. A well needed and welcome to Orange City Iowa.
